How will I know when my listing is activated?
All ads are screened for the benefit of all and manually activated during office hours.
What if I want to make changes to my listing?
You may change the details or photos,of paid ad listings as many times as you like throughout your advertising period. To do this simply login with your unique password and, using the My Tools section, browse your listings and when you’ve found the one you want to change, simply click the modify button to make changes, 24 hours a day.
How do I pay for my listing?
Payments are currently made on-line through PayPal’s secure server. You do not require a PayPal account to use this service but should you have one, you can use your PayPal account to pay for your listing. If you don’t, you can always pay through PayPal using your credit card. Currently Visa and MasterCard are the only forms of credit card accepted. On confirmation of your payment and approval of your new listing, it will be published to the totallyclassifieds.com.au website.
Do you accept any other form of payment?
We will also accept Visa and MasterCard payments by phone to our office, as well as direct deposit through your Internet Banking provider. Contact us for details.We will accept business cheques, but please be aware that all business cheques will incur a $2 fee. Please add this amount to your listing ad or seller store pricing before posting.
Can I find out how many people have viewed my listing?
Yes, login to your account and your overall number of views will appear in My Account - Statistics of your account page. Alternatively if you browse your listings from the My Tools section, the number of views is displayed under each ad, along with the current status of the listing. How do I remove my listing?
You can edit or remove your listing at any time by logging into the My Tools section.
